How to purchase images on this site

> All ordered images are copyrighted and protected by copyright law.
It is prohibited to copy ordered images or use them for website, printed matter, advertisements etc.
Painting the images without permission for commercial purposes, or to use them as a screensaver is prohibited.
The images on the website can be freely downloaded for personal, non commercial use.
Ordering
> Below the preview, please choose the preferred material for the print, as well as the preferred size, then click “Add to Cart”.
You can then complete your order or continue shopping. If you have finished shopping, please click on the button “shopping cart” or on the
Shopping Cart link in the right upper corner, the shopping cart displays your order details, and you will arrive at checkout.

> On this page you can check your order and/ or remove items.
Next, you select the Shipping Zone, you accept the Terms and Conditions and you click on “Checkout”.
if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.
Checkout
> Here you have the option to register or to continue as a guest. If you choose to register, your details will be stored for a future visit, and you will also have a record of your history of purchases.

If you do not want to use our online ordering system, we are
available to take phone orders every day. You can of course, always mail a check as well but this adds considerable time to the processing of your order. There is also the possibility to pay via bank transfer. Please use these bank details:

Pending
>"Pending" status means your credit card issuing bank is processing the request, the purchase has
been declined or there was an interruption during your checkout and the order did not go through. Credit card purchases generally go through with in a few minutes. If your order is still "pending" after several hours it is safe to assume the purchase did not go through. The credit card could have been declined for various reasons including insufficient funds or a different shipping address as billing address. The checkout process could have also been interrupted causing the payment processor to decline the request.
It is recommended to try to purchase again, or contact us to request an email invoice which will be billed using a different method.

> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image.

Product Return Policy
> If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your
order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
