SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
> Yes, we ship internationally. Our shipping prices are only for shipping the item to the provided address and do not include any custom or tariff costs in your country. Please research your country's custom regulations before you order an item. If there are special instructions on how to ship an item to your country, include it with the order in the provided message box at checkout. 

How much does it cost for Shipping and Handling?
> Shipping and packaging is based on the total amount purchased. Our price list for deliveries can be viewed at Prices / Shipping page.

What company do you use to ship items?
> We use UPS Post Priorityservice.

Do i get notified when my order is shipped?
> As soon as your order is shipped, you will recieve a confirmation via e-mail. You will also recieve an e-mail from UPS with a
tracking number so you will be able to track your order on its way to you.

How long does printing and shipping of the order take? 
> For international orders the delivery times varies from 3 to 5 weeks. Orders within the Netherlands take 2 weeks on average. 

How are prints shipped?
> All orders are wrapped in styrofoam and packed in a large cardboard box to avoid creases and bendingin shipping.

What kind of packaging is used?
> The images are shipped in special cardboard boxes wherby the empty space in the box is filled up with environmentally friendly
recycled polystyrene. All our material is reusable. 

My item is an international delivery and has not arrived within the stated timeframe. What should I do?
> The first thing you will want to do is inquire with your country's mail custom department. Sometimes items are held up in customs.
If your item is not held up in customs, please use the Contact Form and inquire about your order. Provide your order number and date
of order so we can look it up in our system.

My item is a Dutch delivery and has not arrived within the stated timeframe. What should I do?

There is a problem with the order that arrived. What should I do?

ART PRINT AND CANVAS

On the website your name shows at the bottom of the image. Will this also be visible on the pictures i order?
> The name on the image is shown as to depict the source of the image clearly when the image is downloaded.
Ordered images show no source on the front of the picture.

Do you have examples of the different prints and material?
> Absolutely! By clicking here you will be redirected to the page of prices / shipping. Below the shipping prices, you will see small pictures with images of the different materials we use. You can click on the images to enlarge them.

How are the prints finished?
> All images are printed borderless without the white border depicted on the photos on the website.
This white border is solely intended for the presentation on the website in order to give you an impression of what they look like
if you hang the photos on a light coloured wall.
All photo prints are glued onto 1 1/2 mm thick aluminum, which guarantees absolute flatness of the print. The rear side of the
aluminum is finished with mounting brackets.

Where do i find the amounts for ordering prints?
> Below each enlarged image (by clicking the thumbnail) you can find a table with sizes, materials and the cost for each size.
Shipping- and packaging cost are calculated separately at checkout. You will find an overview of these cost on the page prices/shipping.

I would like prints in a large format which are not listed on the site. Can i order these?
> Yes, this is possible. If you prefer a different size, or another material etc, please use the contact form and tell us
your preferences. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities. 

IMAGE LICENSING AND IMAGE USE

> All ordered images are copyrighted and protected by copyright law.
It is prohibited to copy ordered images or use them for website, printed matter, advertisements etc.
Painting the images without permission for commercial purposes, or to use them as a screensaver is prohibited.
The images on the website can be freely downloaded for personal, non commercial use.
